  I'm not an ideal customer in that I lose debit cards, overdraw my account and apply for loans; but Elevations in Longmont has been incredibly helpful to me for all of these issues. The staff inside and at the window are so friendly, efficient and helpful; and over the phone too, which is so helpful since it's hard to get into a branch sometimes. I really appreciate belonging to a bank that takes their business and their customers personally. I would recommend Elevations CU to anyone!

  It's been a while that my loan is closed and I wanted to share my great experience and finally I have a chance to do that. I have tried different credit unions or banks before and it's always annoying that the loan officer doesn't have any idea about the details and calculations of different scenarios. What I liked a lot about Elevations was the loan officer, Trish Shaw, was absolutely aware of the math behind the loan and walked me through all the details I asked her with confidence. This is the type of loan expert I was always looking for and I definitely recommend her and in case of other loan I will try them again. By the way, my loan was granted on time with no delay and no deviation from the initial estimate.

  Worst atms, worst service, crazier than other banks about fees and charges. Elevations is the worst mistake you could make.
